The platform utilizes your existing delivery ticket format tailored to your location. As the primary source of delivery data, it grants your team—whether resellers participating in the transaction or aircraft clients—the ability to search, view, print, and forward past delivery documentation. Fuel suppliers or FBOs can also monitor inventory levels with customizable alert settings to notify them when stock reaches specified thresholds.

Each supplier or FBO designates one or more personnel as Airport Administrators for their location. These administrators are empowered to manage user access to the Aero-TIX application, establish airport profiles—including approved resellers and fuel card acceptance policies—and ensure ramp personnel only process transactions with authorized entities.
